Common Taxes & Surcharges
Sales Tax: We apply standard state, county or city sales tax to apply retail transactions to all of our bookings.
Concession & Recovery Fee: If you are operating a booking within the airport grounds, then you would be charged an airport concession fee.
Vehicle License Recovery Fee: If you are renting through us, we charge the user a small cost in
U.S. Rental Excise Tax
The following charges are applied to your reservation based on your location and vehicle class, as described when you book:
Rental Excise Tax: A mandatory tax on short-term rentals, which usually ranges from 10 % to 20%.
Concession Recovery (CRF): An airport-imposed fee is applied on every on-site operation for 10% to 15% of the total.
Additional Driver Fee: Daily charges are applied to extra drivers, which may vary by state and provider.
Customer Facility Charge: A daily charge fee of $4.00 to $9.00 is applied by airports to fund their infrastructure and shuttle services.
Service Fee Exceptions:
Luxury or Special Vehicles: Fees up to $50 are charged per rental.
One Way Rentals: Fees up to $45 are charged per different drop-off points.
Risk Regions: Fees of up to $25 are charged for high-demand or high fraud locations.
All the service fees are non-refundable and are applied as per the reservations on bookings.
